1. About TileGames.io
TileGames.io is an independently owned website, run by a private individual rather than a company, offering free tile and board games and puzzles. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the publishers of the games it references. Names such as Boggle, Rummikub, Yahtzee, Mahjong, Blockdoku and Upwords are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe the kind of game being played.
2. Acceptance of these terms
Using the site means you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the site on behalf of someone else, you confirm you may accept these terms for them.
3. Use of the site
The site is free to use for personal entertainment. You agree not to:
- interfere with the site, its servers or anyone else's use of it
- scrape, copy or redistribute its puzzles or content at scale
- attempt to gain access to parts of the site that are not public
- use the site in any way that breaks the law where you are
4. Games and features
Games, daily puzzles and their archives are provided as they are. Puzzles are generated automatically and, while they are checked for solvability where that matters, we cannot promise every puzzle, hint or solver result is perfect.
5. Game progress and local storage
Your progress is stored in your own browser, under keys listed in thePrivacy Policy. It is not backed up anywhere. Clearing your browser data, switching device or using a private window will lose it, and we cannot recover it for you.
6. Intellectual property
The site's own code, layout, written content and artwork belong to TileGames.io. You may play the games and share links to them. You may not republish the site's content as your own or build a competing service out of it.
7. Third party services and links
The site uses third party hosting and analytics, and may link to other sites. We are not responsible for the content or the practices of anything we link to.
8. Privacy
How information is handled is set out in thePrivacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Availability
The site is offered as it is and as it happens to be available. It may be offline for maintenance, change without notice, or have games added and removed.
